Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. A few meters away you can find various supermarkets, pharmacy, various shops and also a playground. The apartment is 500 meters from the sea. New three-room vacation home (about 120 sqm) with a separate entrance facing the sea, recently built, located in the Ser Luca Calabaia district, a stone's throw from the Belvedere Marittimo (Cs) seafront. Incredible location 10 meters from the sea that makes the view wonderful. The property offers immediate access to the large free frontal beach, very quiet and uncrowded, which also offers the services of a lido. The beach and seabed are sandy, the sea is not immediately deep.
