The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. You will be staying in a very quiet location in a very cozy and clean room. You will be staying alone. You can sit comfortably outside in the evening. There is a fan in the room. In the garden there is a small house where you can cook or warm up food. A microwave, hot plate and dishes are provided. In just a few steps you can reach the train (S60), which will take you to Vienna Central Station in 12 minutes. There is also a bus stop outside the door to Schwechat. Free bicycle.

I lovingly completely renovated the house so that my guests feel comfortable in the house. You have your own entrance and can use everything that is available there. In case something is missing, I live in the next house and can always help.

We offer a beautiful little, private house including terrace and free parking in front of our property. We also have an e-charging station for cost-effective charging. In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.

Berndorf is located about 40 km south of Vienna. The spa town of Baden is about 15 km away and offers opportunities for hikers, cyclists, culture vultures and peace seekers.
