La casa reformada con estilo contemporaneo se encuentra ubicada en una zona tranquila cerca de una de las mejores playas de la isla. Dispone de una piscina privada con jacuzzi, amplia zona de cesped y jardin, con terraza y barbacoa. La casa dispone de todas las comodidades (wifi de alta velocidad,Smart TV, y Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias.). Solo relajese y disfrute de una estancia inolvidable!

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

1-2 bedroom house - pool, tennis court and jacuzzi

* We have renovated our tennis court for the 2025 season. Its a "hybrid" clay court and new LED lighting. Pictures are live! A perfect place for 1-2 couples or a family of 4 to get away. We have 2 bedrooms available but the base cost is only for 1 room. If you are only 2 people but want the additional room you will need to make the booking as if you were 3 people as we charge an additional fee for the second room. Ca'n Bou is a brand new house with 4 bedrooms with bathroom en suite, 200m2 of living space, 200m2 of terraces and 12x4m swimming pool. It is located in the center of the island, about 20 minutes from the beach. We have fused modern elements with charming traditional Mallorcan architecture, using local materials such as lime paint, wood and stone to ensure a sustainable approach. The result is a welcoming environment to immerse yourself in the rich culture of Mallorca.

This is a comfortable country house for 4 people, it has been completely restored recently, combines contemporary design with comfortable and elegant furniture with traditional looks.
