The house is located in the Lucchese countryside, in the Carignano area, in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, but at the same time close to the city center and all services. The old farmhouse has been divided into eight individual apartments, each with its own exclusive garden, as well as a large common park with a swimming pool shared with the guests of the other apartments. Being in the countryside, the access road is very characteristic but narrow and unpaved (suitable for any type of vehicle).

We are 200 meters from the medieval walls and the historic center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. We are located in a very quiet residential area, but very close to shops and a pharmacy. The house is fully air conditioned with split in both bedrooms and in the kitchen. It is our custom to provide the house with a welcome kit for the needs of the first few days, so that our guests can provide for their needs without urgency. The farmhouse is an oasis of tranquility among woods and olive trees. Located on a hill in an area full of peace and away from city stress. Inside the farm, there is the old renovated farmhouse (obtaining 3 units) respecting the rustic Tuscan style: terracotta floors and wooden beam ceilings. The GIRASOLE apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room with a sofa and TV, a double bedroom, a small bedroom, and a bathroom. Swimming pool and other recreational areas within the farm.

Relax with the whole family in this recently renovated country house. In front of the house passes the ancient Via Francigena, in the stretch between Galleno and Altopascio. The two-storey house of 200 square meters is at your disposal, private swimming pool and outdoor green area of 1500 square meters fenced (the garden is being set up). Ideally located both to explore the surrounding countryside and to visit the most interesting locations in the north of Tuscany. Family-friendly.

House of 200 sqm on two floors 1km from Montecarlo (LU), about 12km from Lucca and close to the Florence-Versilia motorway exit. It has 3 double bedrooms and 1 single, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and terrace Independent entrance with private parking and fenced garden with swimming pool. The TOURIST TAX is €1.50 per person per day, payable on site, for a maximum of 5 nights (guests aged 18 and over) Heating is an extra cost. The house is not equipped with air conditioning.
