From the main bedroom and living room you can track the tide by day and enjoy Margate’s spectacular sunsets with a drink every evening.

We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. Sunsets and sea views. A beautiful apartment in Margate in Fort Paragon on the 3rd floor. There are gorgeous sea views from the kitchen, dining room, sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. This unique apartment is right next to the Margate Lido and the beach. We are close to shops, cafes, and bars. We are also a short walk to Margate town (7 minute walk to the Turner gallery). A great location between town and Cliftonville.
