Our home is less than 10 minutes from Ohio University. The log sided cabin sits at the front of our 105 acre property and overlooks a wonderful 16 acre private water ski lake. The cabin has ample private parking and its own 1/2 acre pond located off the front door. This house was our home for 10 years and is setup for family usage. In spring and summer swim and play at the lake. For fall and winter seasons this cabin makes a perfect hunting lodge being close to tons of public hunting land.

Very clean 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom non-smoking home in a beautiful country setting on an acre of land. Just a 12 minute drive to Uptown Athens & Ohio University. House comfortably sleeps 3-4 people (3 queen beds). Enjoy a self serve breakfast, covered patio and easy access to Hwy 33. There are two wineries very close as well. Enjoy the beautiful country views and rolling hills of SE Ohio. Parking, wifi, hot tub and laundry on site. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a visit to Athens!

Quiet+private 2 bdrm cabin. Located just 5 miles from e. state st. and 7 miles to court st. Our cabin is furnished with 2 king beds, linens provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker and outside gas grille. The bathroom has a tub/shower and was recently renovated. Cabin has 2 porches that offer great country views. Bright and sunny open concept apartment. Newly remodeled with tons of windows, stylish furniture, local art, and easy access to everything Athens has to offer. The downstairs of this house is also a rental. We hold very strict quiet hours from 11pm-8am. Sound travels downstairs from this unit so we ask that you are respectful of the others sharing the property. This is not a place for partying! The backyard, patio, front yard, and locked bicycle storage are shared between the units.

This is a convenient and comfortable, above garage apartment, within a mile or so from uptown Athens, just off of Richland Ave. Equipped with everything you might need, including wifi, full kitchen and bath, central heat, and A/C. and then some. Many updates have occurred since original listing, paired w lots of little changes, as a result of positive feedback. Please bare with me as it's a continual art in progress. Various condiments, coffee, cream, etc to be shared. Thanks for looking.
