This is a convenient and comfortable, above garage apartment, within a mile or so from uptown Athens, just off of Richland Ave. Equipped with everything you might need, including wifi, full kitchen and bath, central heat, and A/C. and then some. The Creek is an original farmhouse built on a working farm, now retired. Farm and forest wildlife call the more than 40 acres home. While you may just enjoy the hiking and scenery the property provides, you are 2 min from Athens and the Ohio University Campus. Spacious free parking for campers, boats, and outdoor gear. Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release). Studio apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom, two bed nooks, a chair, and table with four barstools. The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.
