A comfortable house with a swimming pool is located at the foot of the medieval town of Motovun, near the Mirna River. In the secluded village of Benčići (5 km from Motovun), where there are only 3 houses, our house suitable for 6 people is located. The location is completely surrounded by nature, and therefore the atmosphere is calm and quiet. There are numerous cycling and hiking trails, as well as the historic Parenzana railway route. In the Quieto house you will experience unforgettable moments and enjoy amazing sunsets.

There is a private parking (included in the price) in front of the house which is really rare in the historic center. The spacious apartment with a terrace and breath taking mountain views features 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, 1 bathroom with a bath and a toilet.

U prizemlju se nalazi spavaća soba sa bračnim krevetom, kuhinja, dnevni boravak, toalet i soba sa jacuzzijem. Na katu su dvije spavaće sobe, svaka sa po 2 kreveta i kupaona. U dvorištu se nalazi stol sa klupama, roštilj i montažni bazen. Kuća se nalazi na proplanku te pruža jedinstven pogled na jezero i brojna okolna mjesta.
