We are close to Quex park, a country estate with many attractions, shopping, cafes and seasonal events. West gate and Birchington Golf Club has a compact but testing 18 hole course suitable for all standards. Superb local Italian and Indian Restaurants.

Sunset Sea View Writer’s Retreat

Beautiful flat with six sea facing floor to ceiling windows. This is a Grade II-listed building with a rare outlook over gardens and out to sea. However, the facade and railing are in need of TLC. Don't be put off by the shabby exterior. Works are being slowly undertaken to renew the outside but this all takes time. The flat may not be suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor. No TV, but a projector is supplied. New! Insanely comfy dog bed.

Well cottage

Well Cottage is a one bedroom cottage with a lovely bright triple aspect sitting room / kitchen / dining room. It is a former well house and pump room and sits above a 200' capped well. With the addition of a bed settee in the sitting room it can easily sleep up to 4 guests. The prices quoted are per night only relating to short breaks, so please contact me for cheaper weekly prices.

Next to bus route to all local amenities and less than a mile to both western undercliff beach and main sands and harbour. A shop is conveniently located 20 yards away to enable you to stock up with all of your needs.
