Nestled in a conservation area of the Heaton Mersey Valley, it is a little piece of country in the town. It is surrounded by beauty spots, parks, nature reserve, shops, restaurants, transport links and a nearby pub. The historic village of Chapeltown is ideal for walking, cycling or just relaxing. A stone’s throw away is the friendly pub, offering great pub food. A 5 minute walk will take you to the Wayoh reservoir and surrounding areas leading to Entwistle and Jumbles Country park. Turton Tower is a short walk away and Bromley Cross train station is 1.5 miles with a direct line to Manchester and Clitheroe. The Lancashire cycle way runs past the doorstep as does as the cycling stage of Ironman uk.

Fieldview Cottage is a charming 100 year old cottage in Comberbach village, a lovely semi-rural location surrounded by countryside and yet well connected, 4 miles from junction 10 on the M56, 35 mins to Chester and 30 mins to Manchester airport. The local pub is a 5 mins walk and serves great food. Popular Marbury Park is close by. The village has a post office offering local essentials. The Hollies Farm shop is close by and is a great local shop to stock up on all fresh groceries.
