A beautiful country house made of stone in a fantastic location in the middle of nature, only 20 minutes from Palma. You will be delighted by this warm and cosy house with its wonderful surroundings and privacy. It is located on a 30 hectare farm. It is a working agricultural farm producing almonds, has vineyards ( the owners in the main house have a small wine cellar where they bottle their own wine), sheep, etc There are meandering paths all around the farm which you can stroll along.

A rustic house very well conserved and refurbished. The house is big and spacious, with a beautiful garden ideal for those who want to relax in a quiet environment. Also perfect for a group of active people, as many sports can be practiced around the area. We are eco-friendly as we have solar panels. In 20 minutes there is a beach. The house is located in a quiet place in the village of Caimari that is why we ask our guests to respect our neighbours and not make any noise after .

Ca Na Xidoia is decorated in a rustic style. It has high ceilings with wooden beams, an open-plan design, a loft with an open kitchen, and a low-ceilinged bedroom in the mezzanine with a steep staircase. Its style has a lot of character but at the same time it has all the modern comforts for you to enjoy a wonderful holiday. It has a Balinese bed, a private pool, air conditioning and heating. Very old typical house , built in stone and natural wood from our fields and forest. First mention about this house is from XIII century, but it modified in 1786, rebuilt in year 1989 and updated again in 2016. PLEASE: Before booking ask me if the dates are really free, thanks. The house is advertised on different sites, so to avoid mistakes the best is to ask me before booking. I respond quickly.
