Small but cozy cabin in Storvika with water, electricity and wood burning. A sleeping alcove in the cabin and an annex with bathroom and bedroom. The cabin is located in the forest about 400 meters from Storvika Beach and outdoor area. Storvika is Trøndelag's finest beach and a super swimming area! Storvika also has several bolted routes for mountain climbing and the beach is widely used for windsurfing and kiting. Walking distance to train station and city center. There may be some noise from the parking lot and industry during the day.

A quiet house cat usually lives in the house – agreed upon at rental. The entire home is rented out, except for one locked office. We are happy to accommodate if needed!

Welcome to Skogrand, which my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summer house in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms.
