Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen cottage area with proximity to cross-country skiing tracks, snowmobile and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Klippen ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage can accommodate: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that becomes 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

Spacious apartment on the lower floor in a basement villa only 1 km from Kläppen Ski Resort. The apartment is 85 m2 divided into kitchen, dining room, living room/den, two bedrooms and toilet/shower. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bunk beds, a total of 6 beds. There is also a utility room with the possibility to hang and dry clothes in drying cabinets. WiFi and Canal Digital's full range is available. Bed linens and towels are not included. Cleaning is not included in the basic price but can be purchased from the host.

The cottage is located by a quiet lake with forest right next to it and you can find berries in the fields when it is the season for this. You can also enjoy the wood-fired sauna by the sea and take a refreshing dip in the lake. You also have access to a rowing boat, so why not try your luck at fishing. Full working kitchen. Bathroom with shower, washing machine. The cottage has 4 beds and a small loft with an additional bed. On the plot there is a garden shed with 2 beds, which is also included in the rent.

Welcome to stay in our holiday home in Oxberg. The house is located at Oxbergssjön where there is access to swimming, boat and fishing. Nearby the house goes the Vasaloppet track where you can run, bike or ski. Start of Tjejvasan, located only 2 km away from the house. It is easy to get to ski resorts in Grönklitt and Sälen. Pleasant both summer and winter! The house is newly built in a mountain style with all mod cons. Towels and bed sheets are included. Hot tub and EV charger is paid separately.

Near the house, there are hiking trails and in winter snowmobile trails and prepared cross-country ski trails.
