The small holiday cottage is located at the foot of the Singerberg (hike about 1 h) in the small mountain village of Windisch Bleiberg in the middle of the Karavanke mountains at 900 meters above sea level. The house is situated in a very quiet location and yet in the middle of the Alpe-Adria area. 1.5 hours drive to the Slovenian coast of Istria, 50 minutes to the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana and not to forget the many Carinthian lakes in the immediate vicinity. The cottage is only equipped for 2 people and max. 1 pet (!no children)

This cosy one-room studio apartment, measuring around 22m², combines everything you need for a relaxing stay – open, flooded with light and charmingly designed. The room offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious double bed with a TV, a dining area and a high-quality bathroom with a rain shower. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
