Spacious apartment on two floors with two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, two separate toilets, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with balcony, two TV, Wi-Fi, stereo with iPod dock, washing machine, dishwasher and parking in front of the house. In the bedrooms features two double beds (1.8 x 2 m) available. The apartment is situated on the edge of the center in a quiet side street. Shops and bus stop are nearby. The Festspielhaus is in 7 minutes to reach the center in 15 minutes. Cleaning and laundry service is weekly and is included in the price. A tax for private stays in the amount of currently EUR 3.20 per day per person is payable. It is a Non smoking apartment, no pets please.

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Supermarket, bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, post office and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The bus stop is 850 m away, and the Rastatt train station is 6.6 km away. Bus line 222 runs from the center to the house Monday through Friday only until 8:20 PM.
