Das Haus wurde vor wenigen Jahren komplett saniert und bietet nebst dem modernen Standard eine atemberaubende Aussicht und viele Wandermöglichkeiten. Die Saison beginnt im Mai und dauert bis Ende Oktober.

This historic building finds mention in the 15th century and is one of the oldest still habitable buildings in the valley. The "Tgesa Ferrera" is the ideal starting-point to spend your vacation in the Swiss Alps. It is located in-between the two renowned ski resorts Davos and Lenzerheide. Spend your day in, in the wooden snuggery next to the cockle stove, or go for a hike, ski or shopping - the bus stops right in front of the house. Schmitten awaits you.

Villa Gulas - La Punt

Chalet Gulas is a beautiful detached stone house at the entrance of Val Chamuera — perfect for nature lovers. Just steps from the Musella kids’ ski lift and cross-country trails, it’s about 1 km from La Punt train station and slightly closer to shops. St. Moritz is 15 km away. In summer, hiking trails start right at the house, and deer are often spotted from the windows. The bus stop is only 300 meters away.
