Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela" the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure opportunities.

The beautiful, renovated and well-maintained attic apartment is idyllically located by the larch forest above the village of Andeer (Paradise). Unobstructed view in 3 directions of the beautiful mountains. Free parking is included. The large property is completely fenced. The large seating area with fire bowl for grilling may be used by arrangement (parties by arrangement / rent both apartments). The apartment is ideally suited for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 persons plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250M) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.
