The premises have been completely redone to offer you all the amenities necessary for a wonderful stay. In summer☀️, you can enjoy your fully private and fenced outdoor area and watch a movie by the fireplace 🔥 in winter. At the shelter, everyone is welcome, so don't hesitate to bring your furry friends! 🐶

Apartment in a character villa located in the Balmoral district above the city of Spa (3 km). The apartment is located at garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. It has a separate entrance and a large terrace, two parts of which can be heated. It overlooks a large accessible garden and enjoys magnificent views of the valley.

Close to the famous Spa-Francorchamps circuit, the Libert farm and its downhill bike course as well as nature walks in the Fagnes, you will also find a parking space (car and/or motorcycle), a small garden with barbecue and a great view of the valley.
