Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Hello and welcome to our cozy shabby-chic apartment, located in the middle of the beautiful Plöner Seenlandschaft. Your domicile is located in the basement of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment thus runs to the rear at ground level. So you still have daylight. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

Here you can enjoy - as a couple, small family or alone - both the idyllic surrounding nature and diverse leisure activities and relax from everyday life. The state capital of Kiel and the historic city of Lübeck are worth a trip. It is 25 minutes to the Baltic Sea.
