Open layout with new kitchen (induction) and dining area, a living room with fireplace, as well as two bedrooms. The second bedroom is separate, right next to the entrance of the apartment. The apartment includes a balcony, loggia, roof terrace and courtyard. Close the large entrance gate behind you and enjoy the wonderful tranquility in this unique building complex.

Magic view, elegance, comfort

Magnifique is in Castagnola, Lugano's most desirable district, with view of the gulf and sunshine all day long. The centre can be reached on foot by walking along the lakeshore or the park, or by a few bus stops (which directly connects the flat with the station and the city centre). The flat has just been refurbished, has all the comforts, furnished with care and with artwork that makes it unique. The terrace has a spectacular view of the lake. Parking spaces can be reserved at the property.

Brand new 2-room apartment located on the hill of Mondonico. Total relaxation with unpredictable views of the Gulf of Agno. The bathroom has 1 large shower cabin and a bathtub. In the open space kitchen/living room there is a kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a wood burning stove that warms the room and soul on autumn and winter days. In summer, however, the large terrace is used to the fullest for aperitifs and sun baths.
