Here you will find some relaxation and peace and for those who love nature, there are several routes to take on foot or by mountain bike in the middle of the chestnut woods. Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

A unique place for your vacation: the accommodation occupies the first floor of an 1800s stone house, carefully restored while maintaining the spirit and materials of the place. Each piece of furniture and garden has its own story, without sacrificing any modern comfort. The place is quiet, set in a small village and still a 5-minute drive from the center of Pietrasanta and 10 from the beaches of Versilia. The Apuan Alps are a stone's throw away, Pisa, Lucca and Florence are a short distance away.

Eco-friendly house with wooden structure surrounded by nature on the Versilian hills, with spectacular sea views. Close to Via Francigena, 15 minutes from the sea, the A12 and the center of Pietrasanta. Steep and narrow municipal access road, unsuitable for inexperienced new drivers, but once you arrive, the panoramic view, peace, and silence make it worth the effort.

The house consists of a full kitchen with gas stove, wi-fi, sofa bed and for heating for the winter season it has a wood stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with full bathroom with shower, a wooden loft with a single bed.
