Villa Ca'n Verd. Authentic Majorcan villa in Alcudia, Barcarés area, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the beachfront. Spectacular views of Formentor. Only a pedestrian walkway separates the sea from the house. It has 232 m2 of built area and a total surface area of 546 m2. IMPORTANT changes 10/2023: Installation of air conditioning in the central area of the house. In 2019, a new kitchen, a four-person KAYAK, two bicycles, a wood-burning fireplace, board games, a BBQ grill, etc. were installed.

Traditional Mallorcan house, 3km from Deia, coast line with breathtaking views over looking Mediterranean see, oozing rustic charm, in the heart of ancient olive groves, 3 mn walking to an idyllic sea cove with crystalline waters, private swimming pool, amazing sunset. Utter peace. Lately, we added a barrier with a code to enter and exit that provides a much more privatized access to the sea. A sublime stroll along the coast takes you to the Cala Deia and then to the heart of the village.

Village & country paradise in UNESCO heritage site

Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

"Ses Ones" is an exceptional house located on the first line of the sea overlooking the bay of Pollensa. The house is located in a residential area called El Barcarés de Alcúdia. It is an area well known for its tranquility and its proximity to the town of Alcudia (1 Km.) In this walled village with a lot of history we can find all the necessary services: Supermarkets, Restaurants, Pharmacies and there are also 2 weekly markets with typical products of the island of Mallorca.

300 sqm holiday villa with tower - only 15 m to the sea!

This almost 300 m2 house with 3 terraces was built in an exceptional location directly on the sea, at a time when it was still possible to build in the first row. It's just 300m to Cala Santanyi beach. The unreal turquoise waters of the Mediterranean are only 15m as the crow flies and can be seen through the green of the pine trees from almost every room in the house. The landmark of Mallorca, Es Pontas, is within sight on the opposite side of the bay.
