House in Cholet 20 minutes from Puy du Fou 4 beds garden

Charming little house 10 minutes' walk from the city center and the train station, Sacré-Cœur district. 5 minutes from all shops, butcher, pharmacy, supermarket, tobacco... The house is located in front of my own house. The common garden is located in the middle of the 2 houses. On the other hand, a small private garden with barbecue is reserved for the rental house (see photo). Parking is easily done on the street. The entrance to the house is 40 meters from the street and accessible by private road.

It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen (new appliances), a very cozy living room, a bathroom. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. A pretty garden with its lean-to completes this loft, in an idyllic setting.

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
