However, no parties or noisy behavior are possible. The Spa is open year-round and indoors, the pool is covered and heated from June to September. Shops 3 minutes away. Great for a quiet nature stay, while being close to amenities. The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2025: Heated pool from March 28 to November 2 inclusive. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. 115 m2 cottage + large 24 m² terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).

It is ideal as a base for exploring the roads and paths of the Loire, to visit the countless known castles or lesser-known residences that line it. The Beaulieu cottage is a charming little village house with its enclosed garden out of sight. A former shoemaker's shop, it underwent a complete renovation in 2023. The accommodation has a bedroom upstairs with a queen-size double bed (160x200) and a beautiful living room with a sofa bed opening onto a terrace. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a vanity unit. Bed linen and towels provided.

Take advantage of the cottage for a unique experience on the banks of the Loire. Put on bikes available for rent to hike for two days on the Anjou Vintage Bike courses then relax in this outdoor setting before ending the day with a tasting at one of the many wine shops on the street. Multiple experiences by crisscrossing the Thouet along the two canoes for an improvised picnic on one of the many Loire Islands.

Quietly located with the Coulée Verte at your doorstep, you can enjoy many walks on foot or by bike and reach Lake Maine, its beach and its various activities. A shopping mall is nearby. All you have to do is put your bags down. Parking available even for large vehicles.
