Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

It is located on the Loire bike path on the Loire quay, on the 2nd floor, overlooking a quiet and unoverlooked inner courtyard, facing the Château de Saumur. Its authenticity, brightness and southwest exposure will charm you. Great for a business stay or relaxation in Saumur.

Located in the heart of a shopping district 10 MINUTES' DRIVE from the train station and the city center of Angers with a bus stop at the foot of the building and free parking nearby.

Country apartment in the Baugeois style. Access to the apartments is on a completely separate floor from the house, access is via an external staircase. The accommodation includes a bedroom, a living room, a fridge, microwave and a bathroom. Note that there is NO hotplate. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, our chickens roaming the garden and the charm. The accommodation is ideal for professional travel, tourism and visit to the Zoo de la Flèche (15 min).

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

This charming 18 m2 Studio is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium located on Rue Jean Bodin in Angers. It has just been refurbished and consists of a bedroom/kitchen with bathroom and separate toilet. It is a 5-minute walk to the SNCF train station, 3 minutes to the Université Catholique de l'Ouest and 10 minutes to the hyper center. Paid street parking is available or free of charge 400 m away.
