We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

But be aware, the apartment is on the 5th floor and has no elevator!

Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

A70, A7 and A3 - each 15 km, Würzburg, Kitzingen and Schweinfurt each 23 km Our very curious, not castrated, cuddly Golden Retriever, who lives with us the rest of the house, is allowed to move freely in the garden and will want to welcome you more often! Hey dear guests, We offer you a studio with shower, toilet and sauna. The room has: - Double bed + single bed - TV with HDMI, USB ports (possible for hard drives with movies) - Wardrobe - Hot plate - Microwave with convection oven function - Electric kettle - Coffee maker - Fridge - Sauna - Garden Opposite is a supermarket (Rewe open Monday - Saturday until 10 pm) as well as a bakery in the Rewe which also sells fresh rolls on Sundays.

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

We cordially invite you to our place in the country. Here you can enjoy nature and tranquility. Take excursions to the vineyards and the Steigerwald. End the evening in the spacious garden. In order to completely relax, the private sauna can be used once for FREE (each additional time costs €10). Ideal for those who want to get out of the everyday stress and "do nothing - want nothing"!
