Enjoy long summer days in the garden on the large sun terrace - surrounded by greenery and a large lavender field. This attracts crowds of butterflies and bumblebees in summer. In the cold season, make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace, in the brand new infrared sauna or by the campfire.

Be a guest in our newly furnished apartment, where you can relax perfectly due to the quiet location. Or you can spend the day at Lake Erlabunn, which is perfectly within walking distance (950 meters) and return in the evening to one of the numerous hedgerow inns in the village. With the bus stop, which is just across the property, you can easily arrange a city day in Würzburg or Karlstadt. Shopping facilities are about 3 minutes away by car.

Enjoy wine tastings in the vineyards and explore the surrounding nature. Due to the proximity to Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden and only 15 minutes from Frankfurt Airport, you can also take excursions to the surrounding cities and the vibrant metropolis. Time out alone, for couples or cozy get-together with friends - our adults only former farm estate in a secluded location offers the perfect setting. The "Fischerhäuschen" is located directly on the water and the lawn. You are surrounded by nature and animals - countless wild birds (some of them nest in the entablature, we even have kestrels), ducks, chickens, geese, peacocks... dogs, cats and horses are also among the inhabitants.

The cozy and bright apartment in the idyllic wine village of Erlabrunn, right outside the gates of Würzburg, offers 50 m² of space for up to four people. A large living/sleeping area and a separate kitchen with dining area are available to guests. Directly adjacent to the apartment, a small terrace with barbecue facilities invites you to relax and linger, where you can end the day with a glass of wine after an eventful day.

In the heart of Erlabrunn we offer you a spacious attic apartment for up to 6 people. When booking for three or more people, a second bedroom and bathroom are available on a full 85 square meters. Ceiling fans provide a feel-good climate, so that our guests have a pleasant stay even in summer temperatures. A large covered balcony invites you to have a nightcap with a view of the Main Valley.

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has another single bed. In the approx. 90 sqm apartment there is also a large living area, in which the kitchen, a nice dining area and the living room are located. Two additional guests can comfortably sleep on a large sofa bed. The highlight of the apartment is the whirlpool bathtub, which invites you to relax.
