Our place is within walking distance of Colmberg Castle and the golf course. The 95-square-meter (1,022-square-foot) house has a comfortable living room, dining room, and kitchen with dishwasher on the ground floor, as well as 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, and 2 double bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi is available. The charging station is a 5-minute walk away.

Steps away you will find restaurants, bakeries and butchers. If you are here for just one night or for a longer stay there is much to see and do near us. A very easy 3km drive from the A3 . The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.

The listed building is nestled in a beautiful park landscape and offers a fantastic view over the valley – with the Odenwald right outside the front door. Ideal for hiking, biking or simply to relax and unwind. Dogs also feel comfortable with us thanks to the many walking paths right outside the front door.
