Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen ruhiger Lage, bäuerlichem Ambiente, Platz im Freien. Meine Unterkunft ist gut fürFamilien (mit Kindern), Gruppen bis 8 Personen. The outhouse is cozy and rustic, and the herb garden is wild. Our kittens occasionally stop by to say a playful hello. A place to slow down and connect with nature.

Owned by an art collector, Kalsdorf Castle is an architecturally unique property and its grounds are dotted with sculptures and installations. It is conveniently located en-route between Graz and Vienna, amidst Styria's volcanic springs & spas.

Two bathrooms, two toilets, two sunny terraces with views of the southeastern Styrian hill landscape.

The 70m² big house is located at a bike path and hiking path and it´s the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with up to 5 people. For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

Sit back and relax at this stylish and modern home in a quiet location in the volcanic country. Or enjoy long evenings at the jetty and cool off in the private swimming pond. In addition, there is also an infrared sauna with space for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and a toilet (both of which are accessible from the outside). The fireplace and designer furniture create a cozy atmosphere. (Note: upstairs room height is only 1.60 m)

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) has a shower/toilet, balcony, satellite TV and small kitchen. The town center, outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, healing thermal baths and of course some Buschenschenken are within walking distance. Freeway connection about 2 km. Non-smokers

Living in the spa region

Complete upper floor in the middle of the thermal region of Eastern Styria, very quiet location and yet centrally located in the vineyards. Perfect for relaxing, for nice walks and also well suited for cycling. Central location to the highway also ideally suited for assembly workers.
