This is a private lodging [Kokoro in the middle of the lake]. It will be a private house for one group per day, where you can feel the rich nature of Shiga Prefecture and enjoy rural life. It can accommodate up to 10 people in a nice, calm, old-fashioned space. Please relax with your family and friends. About 1 hour by car from downtown Kyoto, about 20 minutes by bus from Azumikawa Station on the JR Kusai Line, about 10 minutes by taxi. It is popular with overseas customers, families and groups. A BBQ set is also available for rent. BBQ equipment is available for a fee, so please let us know. Free parking on premises. If you are in a regular car, you can park up to 3 cars. For large vehicles, it may be difficult to accommodate 3, so please contact us in advance. Paid rentals are also possible if you consult with us in advance. There are also plenty of outdoor facilities in the surrounding area, so please use it as a base for activities. Please also use it as a base for cycling in Lake Biwa. We have a Canadian house, just a stone through away from the beautiful Lake Biwa. Suitable place to stay for family trip, with friends and work trip. For 7guests or less, we rent 3 bed rooms (with 8 beds) For 8guests or more, we can rent the extra cabin space which is still part of the building but usually there is no access.(5 bed rooms and an attic, 12 beds and extra bathroom) please see photos and enquire within. - No Party - No BBQ after 9pm
