Fantastic surrounding nature with beech forests and large fields. Rich bird life. 3 km to the sea. Infinite cycle paths without car traffic. Walking distance to Solgårdens restaurant. In Maglehem you don't hear any car traffic. Five kilometers to the nearest grocery store. This place is most beautiful in Skåne. From the south: Take road 19 that goes from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

An exclusive accommodation where you experience proximity to nature, people, the sea, miles of fine sandy beaches, smaller towns and a plethora of different artists. Our guests are completely on their own. Before arrival, you can be sure that the house is extra carefully cleaned with regard to disinfection of table surfaces, kitchen benches, sinks, toilets, faucets and handles, etc. We do this as an extra protection for our guests as we have Covid-19 in fresh memory.

Entire accommodation in idyllic Skånegård in Brösarp

Stay in your own apartment in one of the lengths of a four-length schoolyard in the middle of Brösarp "the gateway to Österlen". Immediate proximity to all the amenities of the village. Here you stay well in two rooms and a kitchen with toilet and shower room. There are 2 extra beds available, i.e. a total of 6 beds. The beds are made when you arrive, both sheets and towels are included! Idyllic for those who want to experience stunning scenery as you can enjoy the garden with flowing streams and grazing sheep on the surrounding hills.

Cottage in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard.

Maglehems pattern

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. An oasis with amazing views of the ocean and Stenshuvud. Here, you can hike in the surrounding nature reserves or easily reach the mile-long beach. You will live in the old stone buildings with plenty of space (200 m2), access to large social spaces with their own cinema and wood-fired sauna and cozy bedrooms. The farm has two thousand apple trees and its own mustery (Maglehem's mustery) where we produce and sell our must, apple wine and calvados.

Härlig naturtomt, lugn gata 8 stugor., ca 40 m till närmsta grannen. 10 minuters promenad till strand. Hundstaket finns. Toalett/kiosk /p-plats vid strand.. Nära avstånd: fotbollsplan, basketplan, boulebana, grillplats. Tomten: grilla, bra lek yta ( ex minitennis), cyklar medtag hjälm, cykelkärra för små barn. Badtunnan maj - oktober. Österlen utflykter: Med bil 10 min. till Brösarp, 20 till Kivik och Åhus, museijärnvägen i Brösarp, alldeles inpå knuten. Fräsch och välutrustad stuga

Beach house with stunning view over the sea

Panoramavy över Östersjön, 15 meter till badstrand med brygga och strandbar. Somna och vakna till vågornas brus. Två sängar där du ligger på första parkett och ser ut över havet. Pentry med två kokplattor, microugn, kaffebryggare, kyl och frysskåp. Liten matplats, två fåtöljer, TV, Wi-Fi. Badrum med dusch o wc. Stor terrass, gasolgrill. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

A lot with beautiful sea view next to nature reserve with sandy beaches all the way from Åhus in the north to Stenshuvud in the south. A unique sand steppe that exists only in two areas of Sweden is full of flowers, dunes and pines to hike in. The area is very quite, calm and relaxing. Sustainable accommodation with cultural history protected by UNESCO on the eel coast, which has fishing cottages from the 18th century. The lot was owned by a fisherman. Can be converted to writer's retreat.

Guesthouse in Drakamöllan Nature Reserve

Välkomna till vårt gästhus mitt i Drakamöllans vackra naturreservat. Här finns vandringsleder genom böljande bokskog och vidsträckta hedar med unik flora och fauna. Gästhuset är ljust och luftigt, med tillgång till en stor lummig trädgård med matplats. Hela platsen präglas av fågelsång och stillhet, men ändå med närhet till kritvita sandstränder (den närmaste 6 km bort) samt Österlens rika utbud av restauranger, caféer, kultur och unika naturupplevelser.

Guesthouse in beautiful Ravlunda outside Kivik

Nybyggt (hösten 2023) ljust och luftigt ekohus på 30 kvm mitt i Ravlunda. Allrum med högt i tak. Sovrum med två bäddar. Loft med två bäddar. Badrum med dusch. Runt huset är det inhägnat med staket. Här finns plats för både lek och pauser i solen. Nytt för 2025 är att vi byggt ett entrétak. Vi står för sänglinne, badrumsfrotté samt ett mindre bassortiment i skafferiet. Du får även nybakat bröd under lokala surdegsbageriets öppetdagar.
