Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. It is attached to our house, you can enjoy the family swimming pool heated from May to September A Tassimo coffee maker available A barbecue and a plancha in the summer kitchen. You can go to the ocean 15 minutes by car and walk through the forest that borders the house. We have beagles that will welcome you but are not in contact with you, they have their garden.

The accommodation consists of a living room with equipped open plan kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and bedroom. The capacity is 3 beds, with a sofa bed in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom (+ baby cot). Small fenced garden with dining area. During July/August, rental is only from Saturday to Saturday.
