The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. Val Vona is typical for its unspoiled nature, rich in natural beauty: Lago Buono with its typical flora, beech clearings, centuries-old chestnut groves, carved cliffs, hazel trees, and junipers.

It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.
