The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Two modernly furnished rooms in an architect's house for up to two guests in rural Walzenhausen with separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom. The view over Lake Constance and the ambience make a relaxing stay possible. A kitchenette is available with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. Rustic farmhouse with distant views

The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. The house is ideally furnished for family vacations of up to 6 people. Of course, groups, couples and individuals are also very welcome. The house impresses with a spacious swing which is kept very close to nature. For children, there are various play options in and around the house.

Urlaub in den Alpen Unsere neu renovierte Ferienwohnung in den Bergen (1000 m ü. A.) stellt für jede/n eine warme und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Bleibe zum vernünftigen Preis dar. Im selben Haus gibt es noch eine weitere, komplett getrennte Wohnung, die ebenfalls gemietet werden kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist von außen schlecht einsehbar. Der Ausblick auf die Schweizer Berge ist fantastisch. Abendrot geniessen oder am Beamer einen Film geniessen.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The apartment is located in a 2 family house upstairs. There is a private entrance, parking and a carport available. In a garden lounge, you can relax in warm days. It is a central starting point in the middle of the Rhine Valley for hikes and many beautiful excursions. We, the hosts Christoph and Corinna, warmly welcome you to our lovingly designed apartment. We invite you to spend beautiful and cozy hours on the spacious terrace overlooking the countryside. Right by the property there are wonderful walking paths in nature, but also to the train station it is only ~ 800 m (approx. 10 min. walk), but this can also be reached by bus (bus stop right at the property). Parking is available.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the Rhine Valley

A little outside the village center is our house where we as hosts are at home on the upper floor. In a few minutes' walk along the canal you will find yourself in a beautiful and idyllic landscape with a nature reserve. From this accommodation you can also reach many places in the shortest possible time as the highway is only 5 minutes away. The border with neighboring Austria can also be reached in minutes.

Cozy studio for the perfect family vacation or for small groups with a thirst for adventure... Hiking in nature in any season and enjoying the wonderful views.
