Villa Nanni si trova in una posizione unica e invidiabile situata sul lungomare di La Conia - Cannigione, si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia sabbiosa. La villetta si sviluppa interamente al piano terra. Dalla veranda coperta vista mare di accede alla cucina o al soggiorno. Il corridoio di disimpegno porta alla zona notte con suite matrimoniale con bagno padronale, una seconda camera con due letti singoli, e il secondo bagno. Nel grande giardino il posto auto riservato e la doccia.

Nice small but well-furnished apartment with breathtaking views of the gulf above Porto Cervo, 1 km from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. Private parking in front of the house, in a very quiet area a stone's throw from the famous nightlife and shops of Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia. Furnished with everything: dishes, electric oven and microwave, in case of need for a change of linen (towels) the price will be €25. The washing machine will be provided with at least 5 days of stay.
