Elegant and spacious studio apartment with sea view, newly built ideal for a couple. Located a 5-minute walk from the historic center, it is equipped with every comfort, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher, a comfortable double bed, TV, WiFi, air conditioning completed by a balcony overlooking the sea with table and chairs. The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, private covered parking. The apartment is on the second and top floor of a small building of only 6 units.
