My house is centrally located – you are in 15 minutes (13 km) in Roermond, where you can shop in the popular Designer Outlet. If you drive south, you will be in the cozy Maastricht full of nice bars and restaurants in half an hour (35 km).

Apartment “Eiland 44”

Nice completely renovated detached guesthouse in the picturesque fortress town of Stevensweert. The cottage has its own entrance with a spacious terrace. There are numerous opportunities for hiking in the adjacent nature reserve. For cycling enthusiasts, there is the junction route that is located right next to the house. Designer Outlet Roermond is 20 km away. A visit to Thorn is also absolutely worth it and of course not to forget Maastricht, 40 km away.

This house provides a wonderful holiday feeling due to its beautiful location by the water, on the Maasplassen and almost against the center of the atmospheric fortified town of Stevensweert. The house was completely renovated in 2023. The house is located in the holiday park Porte Isola, and in the nearby area, you can enjoy hiking and biking. And of course a paradise for water sports enthusiasts with a boat rental in the park.
