Welcome to the wonderful little island Rösholmen, located right between Kungshamn and Smögen. A real summer paradise! Rösholmen is perfect for those of you who want a quiet and unique stay in the middle of Bohuslän, where Smögen and Kungshamn's offerings are around the corner as well as an incomparable nature. The island is very popular with families with children as there is a lot to discover and do. There are nice cliff baths, a sandy beach in a sheltered bay with jellyfish, tennis courts, ping pong room, sauna raft, barbecue area, playground, seafront with kiosk.

Wonderful house in top condition with the best location by the sea

In this fresh house you live comfortably and close to the sea and everything that Skaftö can offer. With two bedrooms and a sofa bed, 6 people can sleep in the house. A wonderful southwest facing terrace provides the opportunity for comfortable moments and good meals in the sun. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped - everything is a high standard! The sea is a few minutes walk away and there is a beach that fits big and small (shallow). You park right at the house and of course there is wifi. Pet-free and smoke-free inside and outside.

Small apartment of 19 sqm with proximity to both forest and sea. Close to nice walking paths, swimming and plenty of mushrooms in the fall :) The apartment has a fantastic patio where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun. About 10 km to Lysekil center. Outdoor sauna is available to use at the neighboring house. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, AC and combined micro/oven. Possibility to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Slightly cramped but it's working. Note: only 2 meters in ceiling height in the center.

Turn-of-the-century house with large garden where the forest is one of the neighbors. Newly renovated kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Have a morning coffee in the sun on the front or enjoy the evening sun on the back. Play ball on the lawn, grill something good, or relax on the sofa. Cycling distance (3.8 km) to the sea. 20 km to Lysekil and just over 30 km to Smögen. This is our country house where we go on weekends, hence there are some private things out front that you can borrow if you return them.

Here it's all about sun, sea, and salty splashes! Bohuslän offers both sea and forests. The house is a few minutes walk from the beach and the art-rich Gerlesborg School with good coffee, restaurant, and activities. At "The Beach House" you can have a quiet holiday. If you want something lively, it is not far from other Bohuslän coastal towns where bars and nightclubs are open until late! There is a guest harbour. Surfing school is offered at request by our neighbor Patrik! Welcome to us!
