Enjoy this 182 sqm lovely 4-story villa right by the sea! What is unique about the villa is large surfaces & place for 3 families. 3 bedrooms (7 crib & 2 cribs) 1 bathroom, & 2 toilets. The house has 2 high chairs & very other that make it easier for families with families with children. Only 10 minutes walk to Smögenbryggan, shopping, swimming areas, restaurants, grocery store& located on quiet street. Glazed patio with sea view & large back with dining area. Modern architect-designed guest house with hot tub and magical sea views. In the eye-catching the famous Sotekanalen on Ramsvikslandet that connects Smögen and Hunnebostrand. Walking and cycling distance to the sea, swimming, kayaking, Kungshamn and Smögen. Nice trails for hiking and cycling right next to the house. A couple of hundred meters to idyllic harbor, gym, indoor swimming, café, pizzeria and bus stop. Electric car charging, 40 m2 accommodation for 2-4 persons, TV, Sonos, Wi-Fi, outdoor grill and patios with panoramic views.

Charming villa near the jetty

Experience Smögen in this villa with lovely spaces, wonderful terrace & sun all day. Space to eat, barbecue and sunbathe. The house is located in the core of the island, on the edge of Smögens square,a stone's throw to the famous Smögenbryggan and saltwater swimming. Restaurants within 5min and bakery for morning bread or good buns 3 houses away. 200m to the jetty with shops, restaurants, ferries to Hållö and Kungshamn. ICA store 1km away but milk & similar can be found at the tobacco shop 75m away in the square, across the bakery.

Close to everything at Smögen!

Pearl of popular Smögen with proximity to everything! Within walking distance you have both swimming from beach and from cliffs. 10 minute walk to Smögenbryggan with its restaurants and shops. Around the corner you have nice walks and exercise tracks with a great view of the cliffs of Sandön. Grocery store a stone's throw away provides excellent service. Private parking is included in the rent and is connected to the apartment. Patio and balcony in two directions for the best sun and plenty of areas for socializing

The west coast, Bohuslän with warm cliffs red sea stalls, perfect fishing, water sports and exciting excursions – it's no wonder we head to this beautiful part of Västra Götaland, every year. Lesarstugan has the sea in front of it with jetties and boats. Here you can bring your coffee cup and go down to the jetty and have a morning or evening swim or just enjoy. Right in the corner of the house you can arrive at the fine Kuststigen, a hiking trail in various stages with well excellent managers.

Welcome to my little paradise. Close to nature with both the sea and animals/bird life outside the window. Outdoor place with sea view. Close to swimming, really nice hikes, historical sites, art school, artists' collective workshop, artist's café (on weekends and every day in the summer.) Also close to famous tourist resorts like Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. The cottage is newly built and is located next to the residential building. Quiet neighborhood, mostly interim.
