Villa Gold Pearl is a gorgeous modern gem on the Dalmatian island of Čiovo, one of the most charming and majestic settings along Croatia's Split Riviera. Perched on the island’s south shore near Okrug Gornji, the villa is within easy walking distance of Bijela Beach and enjoys sweeping views of the Adriatic Sea and the neighboring islets of Solt and Drvenik. An impressive menu of high-end amenities will meet your every need, including an outdoor infinity swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, and a gourmet kitchen. Four king bedrooms with sea views and ensuite bathrooms accommodate families, destination wedding guests, and groups of friends up to eight in size.

The elevated hot tub offers perhaps the finest seat for beholding the sublime panorama, its soothing waters cascading into the voluminous swimming pool, where the exquisite blue tile seems to sparkle in the sun. Loungers and a lovely hanging pod are ideal for serene relaxation, while the superb barbeque station and wet bar inspire sumptuous feasts of local delicacies at the shaded alfresco table.

Ample glass doors fuse the terrace with the spacious interiors, allowing the sea’s presence to pervade every pore of the home. A comfortable salon is located just off the pool, with two open walls creating a dreamy crosscurrent of sea-kissed air. The kitchen and dining area feature high-end gourmet appliances and a table for eight beneath a gorgeous mobile chandelier.

Villa Gold Pearl is situated near the geographical center of the Dalmatian region—minutes from the twin villages of Okrug Gornji and Okrug Donji—making it an ideal base while exploring the vineyards, villages, and islets of this enchanting Croatian coastline. You can walk to Bijela Plaza (Beach) or venture about one kilometer to Okrug Gornji Beach. Old Town Split is about 35 kilometers away, and Split Airport is just nine kilometers from your door.
