Just above Serre Ponçon Lake and it's dam, the appartment provides countryside’s calm and a large terrace where you’ll can relax in front of the mountains. By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.

As soon as you leave the apartment you can go for a walk to our small Champérus, Oule peaks... on foot or by bike towards the lake, the municipal swimming pool, the shops. Nature lovers, our refurbished accommodation will give you access to the river, local shops, swimming pool, electric mountain biking within a radius of 1 km. A bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a double bed are completed by a sofa bed in the living room. Your children will be able to run, make snowmen, and imagine a thousand stories in the large outdoor space that the open kitchen overlooks.

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

Shops 400 m away, city center 5 minutes away. Note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We provide bed sheets but please remember to bring your towels.
