Sommartid sker den korta överfarten (400 meter) till ön med liten båt som ingår. Vintertid sker shuttle med snöskoter. Fin havsutsikt. Utomhus finns jacuzzi som håller 38 grader året runt. Welcome to this cozy cottage located between Luleå & Boden. The cottage is 50 m2 and can accommodate 1-3 people. In the house, there is a double bed and an extra bed to use if necessary. There is a wood-fired sauna to use and an open fireplace. Bedlinen and towels are included. TV can be used by connecting a computer or phone. The bus stop is about 200 meters from the cottage.

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We, as a host family, live in the main building on the same property and often spend time out in the yard. A nice dog also moves freely on the property.
