Der Ausblick vom großzügigen Balkon, eine gemütliche Terrasse und die großzügige 60°-Panorama-Sauna laden zum Verweilen ein.

Wonderful room with own balcony

The villa is in Weimar's best housing area with the park at its doorstep. The city is just a few minutes walking. This 80 year old villa provides a special atmosphere: It is refurbished but still somewhat outdated, best for people who rather appreciate the original then looking for everything being modernised. The large room has got a double bed and enjoys a lot of daylight. The bathroom is on the same floor as the room and needs to be shared as well as the kitchen in the basement of the villa.

Die liebevoll renovierte Wald Villa aus dem Jahr 1982 liegt auf einem 6.500 m² großen Grundstück direkt am Waldrand – umgeben von alten Bäumen und vielen gemütlichen Plätzen zum Verweilen. Ein gemeinschaftlicher Wellnessbereich mit Fitnessgeräten, Jacuzzi und einer großzügigen Sauna lädt zum Entspannen ein. Hier kannst du zur Ruhe kommen, neue Energie tanken und die Natur in vollen Zügen genießen.

My place is close to extensive forest hiking routes in Hessian Switzerland, the feel-good restaurant Leib & Seele, recreational lakes, and a thermal bathhouse. The accommodation is an oasis of tranquility with gardens and a barrel sauna. Lovingly and individually designed rooms. Spacious common rooms and balconies with views of valleys and forest hills. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and groups (12 - 14 people).
