A 20-minute walk and you are in the old imperial city of Oppenheim, which is worth seeing. By train you can get to Mainz in 20 minutes. 55 sqm non-smoking apartment. The very spacious 2-room apartment is located in the basement of a two-party house with private access and has normal-sized windows in both rooms overlooking the garden. The vineyards are very close, the train station (good connection to Mz, Wi, F, Da, Wo, Ma), shops, the Rhine and the town center with many restaurants and wineries are within walking distance. Covered smoking area and bicycle storage, no pets allowed.
