Our apartment sleeps 5 people. It has a separate bedroom with a 1.40 m wide double bed. In an open alcove there is a sleeping place - also 1.40 m wide - for another 2 people. In a second alcove there is a single bed. The living room has two sofas, a large table for 8 people and a fireplace. The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen as well as a shower room and a toilet.

Herzlich Willkommen! Die 1-Zimmer Wohnung liegt in einem sehr gepflegten und ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus. In der Wohnung können bis zu 4 Gäste schlafen. Das Bett ist 140x200 cm groß, die Schlafcouch 130x190 cm. In der Domstadt Köln ist man in nur 25 Minuten. Am Phantasialand ist man in nur 15 Minuten. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze und eine hervorragende ÖPNV Anbindung.

Beautiful studio apartment

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Backsteinhaus von 1925 in historischen Ortskern von Erftstadt-Lechenich. Sie befindet sich im Dachgeschoss des Hauses (2. OG) und ist sehr hell. Der Fußweg zum Marktplatz beträgt ca. 5 Minuten. Das Rauchen in der Wohnung ist untersagt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, vor dem Haus oder im seitlichen Garten auf der Bank zu rauchen.

Small cottage for max. 2 people

The cottage independent of our house (we live right next door) consists of two rooms and a bathroom. In the living room there is also a small kitchenette with 2 burner stove, dishes, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave, etc. The bed in the bedroom is 160x200. The shower room is a connection between the two rooms. One parking space is right in front of the cottage.
