Nepitella. Podere San Bartolomeo charm in Tuscany

This small house is perfect for couples. It is also possible to accommodate a child with a maximum height of 1.40m. There are no stairs or other architectural barriers. Each house is independent and equipped with every comfort. In the large 1,000-square-meter garden, there is a 12x6 in-ground marble swimming pool with whirlpool and adjacent hot shower, a barbecue area with gazebo, and parking. You can take walks in the woods along the stream and pick seasonal fruits and vegetables from the garden. Our house is adjacent to the three apartments we rent. So our guests can express any need and ask us for advice on what our area offers. The hill on which Podere San Bartolomeo stands offers peace, silence and contact with nature that perhaps those who live in the city may have lost. By car. Nearest airport Florence 32 km away. Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.
