"Alte Dorfschule" am Schweriner See

The 80m² apartment is located on the upper floor of an old village school in Wickendorf on the northern outskirts of Schwerin, 7 km to the centre. The Schweriner See is within walking distance and easily accessible for a morning swim. The bright apartment with its own entrance consists of a large living/bedroom area with adjacent o f f f e n e r kitchen and a separate large shower room. There is plenty of space for 2-3 people and you will always find small artistic details in the apartment. The double bed has the dimensions of 2.0 x 2.0 m, a third single bed (normal size) Further mattresses can be provided by the landlord. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (without fridge) and an electric cooker with oven. The car can be parked in the hotel's own courtyard. The regular bus usually leaves for the city within 12 minutes per hour. Also by bike along the lakes you are in a good 30 minutes in the city center. Bicycles as well as the large, former school garden can be (co-)used by arrangement. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets can be brought in after consultation and agreement of the landlord.

Welcome to our vacation apartment in the center of the UNESCO World Heritage Hanseatic City of Wismar, in a listed and completely renovated building near the market square. We rent this apartment privately, and we do everything to ensure our guests' satisfaction. The apartment is on the ground floor. Bicycles can be parked there safe and securely. Several bakeries, cafés, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, the market, a department store, and the tourist info are just a 3 - 5 minute walk away.

Modern apartment in Wismar's old town

The apartment was formerly a bakery and has now been extensively renovated and modernized. The clay walls were reconstructed in some areas of the apartment (excellent indoor climate). It is now a great studio apartment for 2 people. Additional sleeping facilities for one to two people are available upon request. The location of the apartment is ideal: on foot, you can explore the entire old town and the Old Port. By car, it's about 15 minutes drive to the beach.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a listed villa. Well-known architect Thormann built the villa around 1860 as a residence for himself. The villa is located in the centre of the old town, 5min walk to the market , train station or the marina worth seeing. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Wismar offers a fascinating old town with loving cafes to linger in. Our small ,fine holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of our residential building. The holiday apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen was divided. Kitchen has a ceramic hob, kettle and filter coffee machine , as well as usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) as well as a few small cupboards. There is also a beautiful shower room.

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m² Towels and linens included. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

You will love my accommodation because of the view, the cosiness and the great location. My accommodation is well suited for couples and solo travelers. A second, smaller bedroom with a bed is available for a third person. One child from 12 years is welcome.
