The house has fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, fridge and freezer, bathroom with shower and toilet. The house has a bedroom with adjustable beds and kitchen/living room with sofa bed and a loft with two mattresses. Outdoors there are tables and sun loungers. Wintertime when the ice is located, it is excellent location for winter fishing, skating or skiing.

One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Large country house outside Sundsvall. The house was built in the early 1900s and has recently been fully renovated. Lake view and access to a boat. You can buy a fishing licence through Attmar’s FVO. Fishing is also available on the Ljungan River. Close to the forest, where you can pick berries and mushrooms in season. In winter, there are prepared ski trails in Sörfors and Matfors. The nearest slalom slope is Nolbybacken in Kvissleby. It takes about 40 minutes by car to get to Hassela Ski Resort. The nearest grocery shop is in Matfors.
