The house has a bedroom with adjustable beds and kitchen/living room with sofa bed and a loft with two mattresses. Outdoors there are tables and sun loungers. Wintertime when the ice is located, it is excellent location for winter fishing, skating or skiing.

In winter, there are prepared ski trails in Sörfors and Matfors. The nearest slalom slope is Nolbybacken in Kvissleby. It takes about 40 minutes by car to get to Hassela Ski Resort. The nearest grocery shop is in Matfors.
