La casa gode di una vista spettacolare sui Bastioni e sul golfo di Capocaccia. Situato al 3 piano l'appartamento è luminosissimo, dotato di ogni comfort, con un soggiorno/camera da pranzo con balcone che si affaccia sul mare e uno spazioso un angolo cottura con ripostiglio. Nella zona notte una grande stanza da letto con spaziosi armadi, secondo balconcino e bagno interno che guardano il centro storico. Secondo bagno completo di doccia esterno alla camera. Wi-fi a aria condizionata gratuiti.

Lovely at 200 mt from the sea

Dimentica ogni preoccupazione in questa ampia oasi di serenità. Rilassati e ricaricati in quest'oasi di quiete ed eleganza vicino al mare. Appartamento completamente attrezzato di tutti i confort dispone di aria condizionata, wifi, Smart tv con Netflix, bbq e parcheggio privato. Due Camere da letto con letto matrimoniale e due comodissimi bagni, nel soggiorno un comodissimo divano letto e una grande cucina. bellissimo spazio nella veranda privata con bbq, lettini e doccia esterna.

Bright Apartment with Sea View 5' from the beach

This beautiful and bright apartment is located in the "Residence Sporting" in Lu Bagnu - Castelsardo and has everything you need for a fantastic vacation. In addition, there are also two private gardens: an internal courtyard accessed from the bedroom, and a large frontal one to enjoy breakfasts with sea views or dinners admiring the sunsets of our Bay. The Residence is located in the center of Lu Bagnu and is therefore close to bars, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, pubs, markets.

SUNSET è l'abitazione con splendida vista mare e indimenticabile vista tramonto nel golfo dell'Asinara. Posta al primo e ultimo piano nel Residence la Tartaruga, composta da angolo cottura, soggiorno, 2 camere con 4 posti letto (+ un divano letto 2 posti) bagno con doccia e lavatrice, terrazzo attrezzato. A disposizione posto auto privato in cortile. A soli 400 mt dal mare (splendida la spiaggia di Lu Bagnu premiata "Bandiera blu 2019"). Ubicata in paese (servito di tutto).

Villa Lilium welcomes you like a hug where you feel "at home".
