Old school, brick villa built around 1900 in Kirchfembach near Langenzenn. Bright room on the ground floor with apple trees in front of the windows and kitchenette. Separate toilet and shower. Wonderfully quiet location on the edge of the forest, large garden, tree house, fireplace, cozy pub in the village. Possibility to participate in yoga lessons. Although it is an old house in a small village, there is fast wifi! 12 minutes by train from Fürth, 20 minutes to Nuremberg via Südwesttangente or Erlangen.

It is located in the picturesque Königsberg, surrounded by half-timbered houses and vineyards . In our garden you can relax wonderfully, have a wonderful breakfast in the morning, sit together in the evening and taste the fine wine of the region. The entire garden lives from a Provencal feel to it. The property was formerly the residence of the chemist and industrialist Dr. Auguste Kirchner.
